Are you the leader of a group of curious school children? Do the youngest ones in your family love romping around artworks and getting their hands dirty with paints and brushes?
Plan a visit to the Galleria Nazionale dell’Umbria and jazz it up with our events and activities dedicated to schools and families.

Schools
All schools are welcome!
Educational activities at the Gallery are provided by two complementary services working in close collaboration:
Admission is free for all school groups, from nursery to secondary school. Upon arrival, schools must present the list of participants at the ticket office. Groups visiting independently or with their own guide are kindly asked to notify the museum in advance by writing to gnu.cultura@orologionetwork.it.

Families
Every second Sunday of the month, the Gallery offers free family activities combining a themed visit to the permanent collection or temporary exhibitions with a creative workshop designed for children and young people, as well as the adults accompanying them.
Participation is free with a valid museum admission ticket, according to the standard admission rates.
Please check our activities calendar for upcoming dates and booking information.

Groups wishing to book a guided tour of the museum or its temporary exhibitions can contact prenotazioni.cultura@orologionetwork.it.
Groups of more than 10 people visiting independently or with their own guide are kindly asked to notify the museum in advance by writing to gnu.cultura@orologionetwork.it.
For practical information on opening hours, admission, visitor services, and more, please visit the Visit section.

During the summer season, guided tours of the temporary exhibition or the permanent collection are available every Sunday, except on 2 August and 6 September (the first Sundays of the month).
Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour begins to complete payment and leave bags at the cloakroom.
